i have one pound to go till i have lost a stone now :) I am so happy. lost three pounds last week and three pounds this week. so very happy :) got to my 5% target too :) Looking forwrad to next week as I hope I reach a stone :)
Been to work today and there was not much to do so I just hung around all day and doing bits and pieces. Think I will have loads to do tommorrow though cos we have a lot to catch up on.
Thankyouall for supporting me so far. I am so happy that I have nearly made it to a stone :)
