Evening all my friends. Just thought I would let you know what an exciting day I had today... (not!!!) Did go a for a 45 mins swim this evening which was nice. It is so nice to be back in the water for a bit :)
Have tried to do a fitness plan to stick to now, in order to make sure I am getting some exercise throughout the week:
1 x exercise class
2 x swim (45-60 mins)
2 x gym session (45-60 mins)
1 x exercise bike session at home (20 mins)
I also plan to use the Wii fit for a minimum of 30 mins every day, so I hope that this will help :D
What did I eat today then?
For breakfast I had three slices of toast with marmite, banana and 2 petit filous
For lunch I had 3 slices of turkey with plate of salad and some lentils
For dinner I had a huge plate of mixed vegetables, and a WW mushroom pie, and a couple bits of turkey breast again. Followed this with a glass of orange juice and a WW yoghurt.
Then I went for my swim, and was STARVING, so I nipped into boots and got some granola and dried apple.... less than 100 kcals a bag and SOOOO filling!
Loved it!
Anyways, I am now snuggled up in bed after a long hard day of running about doing jobs. Big day tomorrow - gym induction, first weight watchers meeting, and even though I cant think of it now (im going senile) there is another thing in my diary too lol.
Time for sleep I think :D
